Damages and issues
Please contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
Please contant me at candace@lunararthouse.com if you feel like an exchange is necessary.

If you have an issue with anything purchased from my shop, please contact me as soon as possible so I can work with you to resolve it.

LunarArtHouse is not responsible for any items broken, stolen, or lost during shipment. LunartArtHouse is not responsible for items that can not be delivered due to incorrect shipping information.

If you receive a broken item (such as a box broken during shipping) please keep the original packaging it was shipped in and take as many pictures as possible of the packaging and the broken item. Contact me as soon as possible so I can work with you to find a resolution.
