Each item is handmade and may not look exactly the same as it does in the photos, but it will be as close as possible. ✨Sometimes when I'm creating, a different color makes more sense or doing something just a little different would look better. Stones, gems and crystals will all be unique and different from the ones pictured. Interior paper might also be different than pictured. Colors might vary from screen to screen. 

These items are each handmade by me personally. They are designed, cut, sanded, stained, painted, assembled, double checked, packed and shipped by me. They can take days to complete one item. My workload varies randomly.

I am one person, an artist with various other life roles that intertwine with my daily schedule.

They've used my name Lunar Art House as an extension of their brand, In some cases. They're using a picture of me on their scam sites, they've copied and pasted my exact description of items.

Our Printed Edition Hidden Key Items are a near-perfect reproduction of our original Hidden Key Boxes or Hidden Key Journals. These Hidden Key items uphold the same craftsmanship, intricacy, and quality as the originals, enabling us to provide a more cost-effective option without compromising our standards. Printed Edition Hidden Key Boxes and Hidden Key Journals allow us to offer our magical pieces of functional art, at an economical price.

Printed Editions are made using a variety of artistic methods. Specific details vary from item to item, but are detailed in the item description. The artwork from the original piece is printed directly onto acrylic material using intense heat and pressure resulting in a permanent bond. , Characteristics, details and wood grain show in these prints from the original physical piece.

I currently don't offer classes or tutorials on how to make my boxes.

I don't sell templates, DIY kits or instructions.

I design and make everything myself. I cut the wood, woodburn, and hand paint everything.

Boxes are made from Paulownia wood and Pine wood. Wood pieces are made from Birch plywood. I use a variety of woodstain and paints including watercolor, gouache and acrylic.

All boxes and wood pieces are sealed with a semi glossy protective top coat.

All removable parts and keys are secured with magnets.

• Hidden Key Boxes, Journals, and other ART are usually shipped via USPS or UPS.
• U.S. shipping cost for all Hidden Key Boxes and Journals is $7.00 USD.
• There is an option when checking out, under shipping method, for faster shipping.
• You will receive an email with a tracking number once the label is made. Please check your spam folder if you didn't receive one. 
• Unless otherwise specified on the item description, items are processed and shipped within 3-5 days after purchased. 
• Items ship from the U.S.

International Shipping 

• Items ship from the U.S.
• We do ship internationally, but not everywhere.

As of December 2024, we will no longer be able to ship to the EU due to new regulations.

Due to high import taxes and shipping costs, we currently are not able to ship to some countries. We hope we are able to expand our shipping destinations in the future!

• Depending on your country and their laws, you might be responsible for paying duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees.
• Import taxes, Tarriffs, VAT and other customs fees are not included in the price.
• International shipping cost is calculated at checkout and varies depending on where you live. 
• International packages are shipped through USPS by default
• For quicker international shipping options, you can choose under shipping method (DHL)
• Once a package leaves my possession, I cannot control how quickly it is delivered to you. 
• Shipping internationally can sometimes take unexpectedly long shipment times. 
• If a package is still in transit, but taking longer than expected, I will not ship another (replacement) one. 

Merch, Clothing, Stationary…

• Merch items are made and shipped from a third party print on demand service, not from myself personally.
• Merch items in one order might ship separately, and take up to 7 days to process and ship. 

Issues

• If a package status says delivered, but you did not receive it, you'll need to follow up and file a claim through the carrier. I cannot simply send out a replacement, I'm sorry. 
• If you believe it was taken from your house where it was delivered, you'll need to contact your local police department for an issue of stolen property.
• I am not responsible for items broken during shipment, but I will help resolve the issue. 
• If an item is broken during shipping, please contact me so we can come up with a resolution. 
• If an item needs to be shipped back to me to be repaired, I ask that we split shipping cost; You pay for shipping to me, and I'll pay for shipping back to you, after it's repaired.
• If an item is a total loss and cannot be repaired, it is up to my discretion if I choose to remake the piece, or issue a refund. 
  These pieces can take days and sometimes remaking a new one isn't always an option.

If you receive a broken item (such as a box broken during shipping) please keep the original packaging it was shipped in and take as many pictures as possible of the packaging and the broken item. Contact me as soon as possible so I can work with you to find a resolution.
